Done — Thursday 4:00–4:30. That's during open freestyle on Rink 1.

Coach: Move Margot to Thursday 4 — Toora: Done — Thursday 4:00–4:30. That's during open freestyle on Rink 1.

Coach: Everyone but Quinn came today — Toora: Marked — 3 attended. July's invoices already reflect it.

Coach: What's Margot's July? — Toora: $512.50 — eight lessons plus the admin fee. 18 invoices sent to families.

The admin moves at the speed of a sentence.

Say it once. The whole week rearranges itself.

Toora lays your lessons over the rink's real ice calendar, so a change made in plain words lands on ice that actually exists.

Mark who came. The invoices already know it.

Attendance is the billing record — every invoice line traces back to who was on the ice, with nothing to reconstruct at month-end.

One tap. Every family's month, out the door.

Numbered monthly invoices, priced from your own rate card — hourly splits, flat rates, per-family overrides — delivered by email.

Questions coaches ask

I run everything in a spreadsheet today. How hard is switching?+

You don't retype anything. Send Toora your spreadsheet — or a photo of it — and its import turns your existing schedule into structured, billable lessons. During the pilot we do the move for you, white-glove; self-serve onboarding, where you set up your rate card and import your schedule in one conversation, is coming soon.

How does billing work?+

However you bill, Toora speaks it. Privates, semi-privates, group classes, off-ice, choreography, competition days, monthly fees — you define your own lesson types and prices, hourly or flat, and any family can have their own arrangement. Every lesson is priced automatically the moment it happens, so month-end is one tap: a numbered, itemized invoice for each family, delivered by email.

What do families see?+

Each family has a private portal with their skater's upcoming sessions, always current as you make changes, and an itemized monthly invoice by email. No accounts to manage, and no family ever sees another family's information.

Does my rink need to change anything?+

No. Toora reads the rink's published ice calendar and lays your lessons over it, so you always schedule against sessions that actually exist. Nothing changes on the rink's side.

Can families book lessons themselves?+

They can ask — you stay in charge. Families see their skater's schedule in their portal, and requests flow through you, never straight onto your calendar. A family's "can we do Thursday instead?" takes you one sentence to make real: Toora checks your week and the rink's ice, moves the lesson, and the family sees it instantly. Whether you author every lesson or run request-based, the book stays yours.

What does it cost?+

Toora is in an invite-only pilot. Pilot coaches use it free while we build alongside them; pricing comes when the pilot opens up.

You coach. Toora runs the rest.

Test Toora on your real practice and shape what it becomes. We onboard a few coaches at a time, white-glove — your schedule, your rates, your families, moved in for you.
