How hard is switching?+
Not hard, and you don't retype anything. Send Toora a photo, a spreadsheet, a PDF or pasted text of the schedule you keep now. It sets up your students, rates and sessions, shows you what it found, and saves nothing until you say yes.
Can I set up recurring sessions?+
Yes. Book it once, like "Maya every Tuesday at 4", and Toora repeats it every week, or every other week, until you end it. Cancel a single week without touching the rest, or change the day or time from any week onward.
Can I run group classes?+
Yes. Make a group once and book it by name, and everyone in it is on the session. After class, tick off who came, or just tell Toora "everyone but Sam came". Each student is billed only for the sessions they attended.
How does billing work?+
You set your own rates, hourly or flat. Toora prices each session from attendance and builds each family's monthly invoice, a line for every session and charge. Review it, email it to the family, and mark it paid when the money comes in.
Can I give one student a special price?+
Yes. Set a different price for one student on any of your rates. Their invoices use it, and every other student keeps your standard price.
Can I split a shared session?+
Yes. When students share an hourly session, Toora splits its cost evenly between them, each priced from their own rate. A flat-rate session, like a group class, charges each student the full amount.
Can I add monthly fees or one-off charges?+
Yes. A monthly fee, like an admin fee, goes on every family's invoice automatically. A one-off charge, like a materials fee, goes on one student's invoice for the month it's dated.
What do families see?+
Each family sees only their own sessions, never anyone else's. They get their invoices by email, a reminder the day before each session, and a note whenever a session is added, moved or cancelled, so you don't have to send one.
Can families book sessions themselves?+
No, your schedule stays yours. When a session needs to move, Toora can send the family a few times to pick from, no login needed.
Can I work with another coach?+
Yes. Coaches who work together can share one list of students and their progress, while each coach keeps their own account and bills their own families. For now, email support@toora.ai to set up a team. Self-serve setup is coming soon.
Can a club or program use Toora?+
