Email support@toora.ai. Include the email address you use to sign in, a short description of the problem, and the date or session involved when relevant.
Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary information about a child. Toora support will never ask for your Google or Apple password.
Sign-in help
Toora is invite-only. Use the same email address that your access was provisioned for. If Sign in with Apple uses Hide My Email, that relay address may not match the invited address; use Google with the invited email or ask support to update the access record.
