Email support@toora.ai. Include the email address you use to sign in, a short description of the problem, and the date or session involved when relevant.
Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary information about a child. Toora support will never ask for your Google or Apple password.
Sign-in help
Coaches can create a free account by signing in with Google or Apple. If you were invited, use the same email address that your access was provisioned for. If Sign in with Apple uses Hide My Email, that relay address may not match the invited address; use Google with the invited email or ask support to update the access record.
